Alongside our core key management solutions, we also provide nationwide support for AssetTrack RFID technology and Safe-Latch classroom safety devices—expanding our ability to protect assets, reinforce compliance, and create safer environments. Our vision is to equip clients in the Upper Midwest and beyond with advanced technology, tailored strategies, and dependable local support, helping them protect assets, streamline processes, and adapt to evolving security needs.
Owner / Technical Director
In 2006, Nick began working with his father, Scott Hoffman, to use his Marketing degree to grow the family business. 2014 lead to a 50/50 partnership, and in 2023, Nick purchased the company and took over ownership. Nick’s technical and hardware knowledge provide our customers with creative solutions to their security needs. His marketing and entrepreneurship skills have grown the Morse Watchman territory in the Midwest, and he has taken his AssetTrack and Safe-Latch solutions nationwide.
Business Manager
Since 2013, Kelly has been bringing her office management, relationship building, and project management skills to the Hoffman Team. With a Masters in non-profit Arts Administration, she uses her customer relationship skills to work directly with customers to get the best solution for their environment and then assists them with the preparation, install, and follow up of their systems.
