Keys are secured to a SmartKey which features an identification microchip and 1/8″ stainless steel locking ring for additional security and functionality. When a KeyWatcher Touch SmartKey is inserted into a key slot, identification chip data is stored and then retrieved after a key is properly accessed. Users can only access KeyWatcher Touch SmartKeys from the cabinets with a proper user code, as designated by their security managers.

This product features a strong and flexible cable that has a unique patented locking mechanism to assure your keys stay in place. They also crimp for permanent closure. These key rings come in a variety of colors including black, blue, clear purple, red, and green.

Our Tamper-Proof Key Rings, made of solid and braided stainless steel, have male and female ends. You close the one inside the other and use a crimping tool to squeeze and tighten the connection.

Every ring comes engraved with its own, unique serial number for identification purposes. This string of letter and numbers served as a tracking devise for conducting audits on both the rings and their keys. This ID prevents somebody from removing or substituting keys without detection.

KeyWatcher Prep Panel for a 3 module or 6 module vertical system provides a stable surface to mount the KeyWatcher. The Trades can mount the panel and run the wires ahead of time. When the KeyWatcher arrives it’s an easy installation. Comes with mounting hardware, pre-drilled holes, mounting cleat and electrical box.

The electronic key reader is designed to work seamlessly with the TrueTouch client software. Add a new key to your existing system – right from your computer – identify an existing key or remove it from the system entirely.

Integrated into the KeyWatcher TrueTouch software, the desktop enrollment station allows the KW Admin to enroll a fingerprint for a new user via a USB connection to your PC with the TrueTouch client.
