The system’s timestamp feature and detailed daily reports allow security staff to see exactly who has each key, when it was checked out, and when it was returned, improving both oversight and efficiency. Key permissions are role-specific, ensuring staff only access the areas they need while keeping other areas restricted.
The Result
Today, U.S. Bank Stadium operates a fully automated commercial key management process that supports both event-day and ongoing operations. The system has eliminated manual tracking, reduced administrative workload, and given the security team complete visibility over key activity.
